I need something like @frcfms that my iOS users can pound on for instant match updates. Twitter is awesome for this 
purpose: it can handle millions of users and has an API that minimizes bandwidth. Users can ask for updates once a 
second and it only takes a few bytes to find out there isn't any new match data.

If FIRST doesn't have something ready for us at the start of the season, I have some ideas. If others are in the same 
situation, we should collaborate and not duplicate efforts if possible.
