I'd like to minimize the amount of data I have to download from FIRST for matches.

There's a way to ask for matches after a given match number, but that isn't useful because matches get modified after 
first posted because of a scoring or penalty change or because a match had to be re-played.

I'd like a way to get the match records for an event which were added or modified after a certain date/time.
