In the API documentation, it lists the rotor status fields as:
Score_2017: rotor1Auto - Whether or not the Rotor was engaged in Auto
Score_2017: rotor1Engaged - Whether or not the Rotor was engaged
If Rotor 1 is engaged in auto (and stays engaged through teleop), will both flags be set or just the auto?
From looking at the WEEK0 data, it looks like rotorXEngaged only gets set if the rotor was started during teleop, but
that's not clear from the documentation.
